I will then ask for an example of a Previous UTAU (appends are fine, but if you can please include a normal voice too), or a sample of your own Voice. I will then either take you up on the UTAU you wish to voice, or ask you to voice one of the others.
Deadlines vary from UTAU to UTAU, I like to receive Japanese banks within a month, and English banks within 4 months but I can give you longer if you wish.
If you don't understand a voicebank I have asked for, just ask.
